Sp. were resumed, leaving 73a. 3r. 30ļāp, to be added to the total number of aeres granted in the Colony quoted in previons returns, Persons having possession of lands or houses previons to the Treaty were allowed to retain them on payment of certain assessed rentals now collected by the Trousnrer; in enses where such lauils or bouses are not leased, the occupiers are treated as tenants at will,
