For each nautical or other Assessor whether at the examination of wituesses or at the trial of an action or at the bearing of an appeal or upon. any assessment of damages or taking of an account according to the ease per diem.

At the discretion of the Harbour Master such buoys may be let at a monthly reut at the rate of not less than that for 21 days, such letting to be subject to revoca- tion at any time,
The tenant of any such buoy shall not sub-let the same and if any such buoy is at any time unoccupied the Harbour Master may assign sucb buoy to any other ship for temporary use.
