Conditions:
1.-Postage or freight must be prepaid.
2.-Applications and samples should be addressed to the Government Analyst, who will inform the applicant as to the cost of the ex- amination, and will give a bill for the same which must be at once paid to the Colonial Treasurer.
3.—The right is reserved of refusing samples from beyond the boundaries of the Colony, or such samples as may not be considered of sufficient public importance to warrant analysis.

Schedule of Charges for Bacteriological Examinations in the Bacteriological Institute :—
General Directions;—
⚫. Sterile Swabs for use in cases of suspected diphtheria, and outfits for taking blood for Widal's blood examination, will be supplied on application. In other cases requiring bacteriological examination, the material must be sent in sterile stoppered bottles or jars, and every precaution must be taken to prevent the entrance of extraneous organisms.
