On one copy of an account, showing assets realized, forwarded by the Official Receiver or Trustee to the Registrar of the Supreme Court, a fee according to the following scale on the gross amount of the assets realized and brought to credit, viz., $10 on every $1,000 or fraction of $1,000 up to $50,000 and $5 on every $1,000 or fraction of $1,000 beyond $50,000.
