examination arranged for him, may sit again on payment of a reduced fee of ten dollars.

COMPANIES REGISTRATION ;—

Fers to be paid by a Company having a Capital divided into Shares. 1.—For Registration of a Company whose Nominal Share Capitul does not

exceed $10,000,

2.--For Registration of a Company whose Nominal Share Capital exceeds $10,000, the above fee of $50, with the following additional fees, regulat- ed according to the amount of Nominal Share Capital; (that is to say) :— For every $5,000 of Nominal Suure Capital, or part of $5,000, up to

For every $10,000 of Nominal Share Capital, or purt of $10,000, after

the first $25,000, up to $500,000.

For every $10,000 of Nominal Share Capital, or part of $10,000, after

the first $500,000,

3. For Registration of any Increase of Share Capital male after the first Registration of the Company, the same fees per $10,000, or part of $10,000, as would have been payable if the incrensed Share Capital had formed part of the Original Shure Capital at the time of Registration; Provided that no Company shall be liable to pay in respert of Nominal Shure Capital on Registration, or afterwards, any greater amout of fees than $300, taking into account, in the ease of fees payable on an Increase of Share Capital after registration, the fees paid on registration.

4. For Registration of any existing Company, except such companies as are by this Ordinance exempted from payment of fees in respect of regis- tration under this Ordinance the same fee as is charged for registering a new company.

5.— For Registering any Document by this Ordinauce required or authorised to be registered, other than the memorandum or the abstract required to be filed with the Registrar by a receiver or manager or the statement requited to be sent to the Registrar by the liquidator in a winding up, 6.—For making a Record of any faet by this Ordinance required or author-
