Each pint to contain 3 ounces meat without bone; one ounce unions : One olitice

harley; 4 ounces Greeus, yams, sweet potatoes or taro; with pepper and sult

Each pint to contain 2 ounces oatmeal ; one ounce molasses; with salt,

To every pound 1 ounces suet : 61⁄2 ounces flour; & ounces water.

Each pint to routain † ounce flake cocoa or nibs ; que ounce molasses or sugar.

Each pint to contain ounce ton; 2 ounce sugar.

Chillios 31⁄2 drs., popper 14 drs., turmerie 3 dr., coresuder seal † dr., cummin wal 2 dr.,

and oil 4 oz.

Note.-A European prisoner sentenced to imprisonment for two years and upwards, and in the First Class under the progressive stage system, shall be allowed 8 oz, of chicken for dinner on Sundays, in addition to the prescribed 'diet.
