Sole privilege of slaughtering animals for the food of man within any part of

Shaukiwan and Aberdeen granted by Tender for one

year from 1st January to 31st December, 1915, for $1,380.00 and $888.00 respectively,

Sole privilege of the daily collection and removal of blood and hair from the Slaughter-bouses situated at Kennedy Town in the City of Victoria and at Ma Tau Kok in Kowloon granted by Tender for one year from 1st January to 31st December, 1915, for $6,600.00 and $1,104.00 respectively,

Depôts for Cattle, Pigs, Sheep and Goats at Kennedy Town and Ma Tau Kok:- а Government Depôt The fee payable for each head of cattle housed in

shall be fifty cents when cattle so housed are removed to any place other than the Slaughter-house adjoining such Depôt or another Government Dopôt, and the fee payable for each pig, sheep and goat similarly housed and removed shall be ten cents. No fee is payable on admission.
