All ships which enter the waters of the Colony except British and Foreign Ships of War, shall pay the following dues, viz.:—

BILLIARD TABLE AND BOWLING ALLEY LICENCES — $100 yearly.
BOARDING-HOUSE LICENCES — $25 yearly.
