REMARKS.

French Mail from Europe and of a Canadian or United States Mail on a Sunday, on the following scale :—
Salary $600 and undor $1,200, $3 per Mail; $180 and under 8600. $1 per Mail; under $480, 30.25 per Mail.
The allowance is doubled in the case of an English or French Mail arriving on a Sunday or holiday.
