Every application to the Court to approve composition, a fee computed at the following rates on the gross amount of the composition, riz., $10 on every $1,000 or fraction of $1,000 up to $50,000 and $5 ou every or fraction of $1,000 beyond $50,000.

Every application to the Court to approve a scheme of arrangement, a fee computed at the following rates on the gross amount of the estimated assets (but not exceeding the gross amount of the nusecured liabilities), viz., $10 on every $1,000 or fraction of $1,000 up to $50,000, and $5 on every $1,000 or fraction of $1,000 beyond $50,000.

Provided that where a fee bus been taken on a previous application to the Court to approve a composition or scheme, or where a fee has been paid under this table on the account submitted for andit, seven-eights of the amount thereof shall be deducted from the fee payable on an application to approve a composition or scheme.

Ou one copy of an account, showing assets realized, forwarded by the Official Receiver or Trustee to the Registrar of the Supreme Court, a fee according to the following scale on the gross amout of the assets realized and brought to credit, viz., $10 on every $1,000 or fraction of $1,000 up to $50,000 and $5 on every $1,000 or fraction of $1,000 beyoml $50,000.

Provided that, where a fee has been taken on an application to approve a composition or scheme of arrangement, seven-eights of the amount thereof shall be deducted from the fee.

On every application for release by a trustee a fee of $1.25 on every $1,000 or fraction

of $1,000 of assets realized and brought to credit.
