Lindsell acted as and drew duty pay of Secour Amistant to Secretary for Chinese Affairs from 1st January to 1st April and from 7th November to 31st December, and half Initial salary of Second Assistant to Secretary for Chinese Affairs and half initial salary pins house allowance as Passed Cadet from 15th February to 1st April. Mr. N. L.
