Packages containing Safety Cartridges charged per 25 lb. weight, 6 cents a month,

or fretion of a month; packages of detonators, 9 cents per 25 ib, weight.

The weight of the various packages determined at the time of storing, and no alter-

ation allowed after they have been received into the Magazine.

The Government will not be responsible for damage by explosion, or by insufficient or improper pucking, and as wooden packages are liable to the attacks of white ants, they should be tiu-lined, and the lining should be intact.

Storage of Other Explosives,—

Nitro-Glycerine, or Glopoine Oil, Gon Cotton, Fulminating Mercury, Dynamite, Lithofracteur, Horsleys' Patent Blasting Powder, &c., &c.
