Limit of Value £50. No com- pensation is payable in respect of loss or damage of parcels or of their contente. A charge of 6d, for stamp duty, clearance, &e,, is levied on every dutiable parcel ent- ring the Union. The value shown on the Cuetons Declaration must be the current value of the finished articles in the open market at the time of despatch. In ease of under- valuation the parcel is liable 10 confiscation. In the Cape of Gond Hope and the Orange Free State there is no express delivery. In Natal, express delivery is confined to Charlestown, Dundee. Durban (including the Point, Greytown, Ladysmith. Newcotic, Pietermuri- Izbire, Port Shepstone. Stanger. Utrichel. Verulam and Vryheid. In the Transtund, express delivery Is confined to purcels for places with a Lost Office from which there is a delivery of telegram. Wallish Bay is a free port, and to Customs duty is leviable on gooile for that place.
