There is an old sil- ver mine in Loutao and nu abandoned lead mine at Un In Gap, A New Territories. certain kind of clay is tunnelled for at Un In with which pot- tery is male. There is slate unquarried in Ping Chai Island, Mirs Bay, but none of these places have evor been investigated.
