Packages containing Safety Cartridges charged per 25 tb, weight, 6 cents a month,
or fraction of a month; packages of detonators, 9 couts per 25 b. weight.
The weight of the various packages determined at the time of storing, and no alter-
ation allowed after they have been received into the Magazine.
The Government will not be responsible for damage by explosion, or by insufficient or Improper packing, and as wooden packages are liable to the attacks of white ante, they should be tiu-lined, and the lining should be intact.
Storage of Other Explosives,—
Nitro-Glycerino, or Gloucine Oil, Gun Cotton, Fulminating Mercury, Dynamite, Lithofracteur, Horsleys' Patent Blasting Powder, &c., &c.
