Mail from Europe on the following scale-

Salary $1,200 and upwards, $8 per Mail; $600 and under $1.200, $2 per Mail; $480 and under $600, $1 per Mail; under $489), $0.25 per Mail.

The allowance is double in the case of an otrival on *. Sunday or holiday.
