REMARKS.
(1) Mr. P. N. H. Jones arted as Director of Publle Works from 23rd May to 31st December and drew half initial pay in sterling of Director of Public Works and half of his own initial pay plns whole of his own increment from 23rd September to 31st December.
(2) Mr. P. N, II. Jones acted us and drewConveyance Allowance of Director of Public Works instead of his own from 23rd Jay to 31st December.
(3) Mr. A T. Walker in addition to his own duties noted as Executive Engineer from 1st January to 4th August and drew portion of half-pay of Executive Engineer and fall pay as Assistant Engineer from 1st January to 4th
August.
(4) Mr. A. E. Wright in addition to his own duties acted as Executive Engineer from 25th July to 31st December And drew portion of half-pay of Executive Engineer and full pay 8 Assistant Engineer from 25th October to 31st December.
