REMARKS.
(1) Messrs. Wan Suit Ngara and Lam Kai Tsoung, in addition to their own, performed a portion of the duties of Assistant Meteorologist from 1st January to 2nd November and drew portion of half-pay of Assistant Meteorologist during that period.
(2) Mr. Justice Gompertz acted as Chief Justice from 12th to 24th October. Thereafter Mr. Hem Davies acted from 28th Octo- ber to 31st December.
