REMARKS,

(1) Mr. Tang Tat lung in addition to his own duties acted as and drew portion of half-pay of 2nd Grade Interpreter from 1st January to 25th June.

(2) Mr. Chan Kwok Ying actor au 3rd Grade Interpreter and Clerk and drow portion of half-pay of 2nd Grade Interproter in addition to his own pay as Student Interpreter from 1st January to 25th June.

(8) Reverted to Police Department.

(4) Arrangements have been made with Police Department to pay Sergeant A. K. Taylor the balance above $60 for Language Allowance till the end of the year.
