There is a fair amount of Bath and Lavatory accom- modation, the waste pipes from which have recently been re-arranged so as to discharge into open heads attached to a vertical wasto pipo situated outside the building and trapped at its foot.
Water-closets of the wash-ont type provided with waste-proventing cisterns are used disconnected from the wards.
