(1) Drs. J. W. Hartley and Chan Tour Ken acted as Medical Officer, New Territories, from 8th September to 6th October. (2) Dr. C. M. Heinley acted as Bacteriologist from 1st January to 31st July and drew half initial pay of Bacteriologist
and half pay as Assistant Bacteriologist from 2nd January to 21st July. Dr. R. T. Gillmour acted as Bacteriologist and drew half pay of Assistant Bacteriologist from 1st August to 30th November.
