(1) Left the Colony on 20th April.

(2) Mr. F. H. May asumed the Administration of the Government and drew entertainment allowance at £1,200 per annuss from 1st to 23rd January, and from 21st April to 28th July : full pay as Colonial Secretary from Ist to 23rd January, and from 21st April to 13th Junë; and ¦ of £4,800 per annum and half pay as Colonisl Secretary from 14th June to 28th July.

(8) MI, A. G. M. Fleteler acted as Private Secretary from 21st April to 31st July, and drew half pay of Private Secretary from 21st April to 20th 31ay; † of £450 per annum from 21st May to 30th Juno, and from 25th to 30th June; and full pay of Private Secretary from 21st to 24th June, and from 1st to 31st July.
