There is a fair amount of Bath and Lavatory accom- modation, the waste pipes from which have recently been re-arranged so is to discharge into open heals altached to a vertical wasto pipe situated outside the building and trapped at its foût.

Water-

r-closets of the wash-out type provided with waste-preventing cisterns are used disconnected from the wards.
