The Governor appoints to the office of Watchinen such fir persons as he may consider to be sufficiently recommended by the inhabitants of any District, under the provisions of Ordinance 3 of 1888.
PUBLIC DEBT.
Inscribed Stork at 33% interest. £311,799, 158, 1. for Praya Reclamation ; Central Market; Water, Drainage and Sewerage Works, &c., to be paid off on 15th April, 1943. The amount paid into the Sinking Fund with accrued interest reached £37,611.14s. Ad. on the 31st of December, 1965; and is invested by the Crown Agents for the Colonies in approved Securities.
