(3) Mr. H. T. Jackman and Mr. A. Carter acted as Sani- Lazy Surveyor from 1st January to 22nd November, the former drew i and the latter drew of the conveyance allowance and they rach drew of the initial pay of the Sanitary Surveyor in midition to their pay
