Estates of Small Value,

Where the whole Estate of a person dying intestate does not exceed in value the sum of $500 the necessary administration papers are to be filled up in the Registry of the Supreme Court and the parties sworn or declared to the same without payment of any Fee save the underwentioned:-

Estates sworn at and under $100,

For every $50 or fraction of $50 over the first $100,

The above fees do not include Probate duties.

Estates sworn under $250 exempt from Probate Duty.
