(1) Mr. Johustou acted for Mr. Thomson from 1st January to 31st December, 1904, draw half salary of Treasurer from 1st January to 20th July, and from 21st November, 1901, respectively. (2) Mr. L. J. Lopes neted for Mr. Carvalho from 16th June to 31st December, 1904, commencing to
