PERSONAL FEES.

POLICE MAGISTRATES' COURT.

The First Clerk in this Court is authorized to charge the following fees:-

For certificates of the Trial of Soldiers, authorised by the Mutiny Act,.........Shillings 3.

For certificates of Commitment of Deserters, authorised by the Mutiny Act,

LAND COURT, NEW TERRITORIES.

The Registrar is authorised to charge a fee of 40 cents a folio for copies of documents in the possession of the Court. This fee is retained by the Registrar where the issue of the copies entails work out of office hours.

The Court Translator charges a fee of 50 cents a folio for translations and a further 50 cents for certification.

These fees are charged on the authority of the Governor.
