BANKRUPTCY.
In addition to the Fees mentioned in the Senle contained in Schedule B. of
The Bankruptcy Ordinance, 1891,–
In any Matter or Proceeding not mentioned in the said last mentioned Scale, the same Fee as is provided for a similar Matter or Proceeding in the Original Jurisdiction.
Estates of Small Value.
Where the whole Estate of a person dying intestate does not exceed in value the sum of $500 the necessary administration papers are to be filled up in the Registry of the Supreme Court and the parties sworn or declared to the same without payment of any Fee save the nudermentioned:-
Estates sworn at and under $100,
For every $50 or fraction of $50 ovor the first $100, The above fees do not include Probate duties.
Estates sworn under $250 exempt from Probate Dury.

The above seale is intended to include all expenses; except in suits where the renant disputes the landlord's claim, and witnesses have to be subpænsel, in which enso each subpoena must be paid for at 25 cents; where watchmen are kept in charge of property distrained, 50 cents per day must be paid per man; where property is removed aud store 1, the necessary expenses, to be fixed by the Registrar, must be paid.
