REMARKS.—38 A. 2 R. 8 r. were granted, and 6 a. 3 n. 24 r. were resumel, leaving 26 a. 3 n. 51⁄2 r. additional Land granted during the year. Persons having possession of Lands or Houses previously to the Treaty were allowed to retain them on payment of certain assessed rentals, now collected by the Treasurer; and in cases where such Lands or Houses are not leased, the occupiers are considered as Tenants at Will.
