and so on, increasing 6 cents per package for each 25 lbs. of Gunpowder, up to and in excess of 100 lbs., according as the Gunpowder may be loose or in tins. Packages containing Ball-Cartridgos charged per 25 lbs. weight, 6 cents a month,

and fraction of a month; packages of detonators 9 cents per 25 lbs. weight. The weight of the various packages determined at the time of storing, and no altor-

ation allowed aftor they have been received into the Magazine.
