Double or cessate Probate or Letters of Administration de bonis non or cessate and duplicate and triplicate Probates or Letters of Administration when the Personal Estate is under $3,000-The same Fee as on a first grant under the same sum.
When the Personal Estate is of the sum of $3,000 and over, Probate of a Codicil or Letters of Administration with a Codicil annexed being a Codicil to a Will already proved-Samo Fec as on a duplicate or tripli- ente Probate or Letters of Administration with the Will annexed.
Estates of Small Value.

Where the whole Estate of a person dying intestate does not exceed in value the Bum of $500 the necessary administration papers are to be filled up in tho Rogistry of the Supreme Court and the parties sworn or declared to the same without payment of any Fee save the undermentioned.
Estates sworn at and under $100,
For every $50 or fraction of $50 over the first $100, The above fees do not include Probato duties.
Estates sworn under $250 exempt from Probato Duty.
