Mr. McCallum was pensioned on 15th June, 1898, and Dr. Clark acted as Secretary thence to the end of the year drawing $455 from the lapsing salary of Secretary, nud Mr. F. H. Kew acted as temporary Clerk during the same period dmwing $520 also from the lapsing salary of Secretary.
