Probate Jurisdiction.

Where the whole Estato of a person dying intestate shall not exceed the sum of $500 the necessary administration papers are to be filled up in the office and the parties sworn or declared to the same without payment of any Fee save the undermentioned.

For cach nautical or other assessor whether at the examination of witnesses or at the trial of an action or at the hearing of an appeal or upon ( $ 10.00 any assessment of damages or taking of an account according to the case per diem.
