In addition to the Fees mentioned in the Scalo contained in Schodulo D. of
The Bankruptcy Ordinance, 1891,-
In any Matter or Proceeding not mentioned in the said last montioned Senlo, the same Foo as is provided for a similar Mattor or Proceeding in the Original Jurisdiction.
RULES
Made by the Chief Justice, under Section 24 of “The Supreme Court
Ordinance, 1873," ( No. 12 of 1878), for the taxing of costs in the
SUMMARY JURISDICTION OF THE
SUPREME COURT.

1. In the following Rules the oxpressions "exceeding" and "not execoding" rofor in the ease of a Plaintiff to the amount recovered and in the case of a Defendant to the amount claimed.
2. In actions or proceedings other than those for the recovery of money and in nctions where claims for the. recovery of money nro joined with other claims, the Judge having regard to the value and nature of the subject matter of the netion or proceeding, shall direct under which of the scalos heroinafter set forth the costs (if any) shall be taxed.
