CHINESE GAZETTE,—Subscription for one Copy $1 per annum.

COMPANIES, Registration of

Fees to be paid by a Company having a Capital divided into Shares.

For Registration of a Company whose Nominal Capital does not exceed

$10,000, a Fce of

For Registration of a Company whose Nominal Capital exceeds $10,000, the above Fee of $50, with the following additional Fees, regulated according to the amount of Nominal Capital; (that is to say),—

$50.00

For every $5,000 of Nominal Capital, or part of $5,000, after the first

$10,000, up to $25,000,

For every $10,000 of Nominal Capital, or part of $10,000, after the

first $25,000, up to $500,000,

For every $10,000 of Nominal Capital, or part of $10,000, after the

first $500,000,..

For Registration of any Increase of Capital maile after the first Registra- tion of the Company, the same Focs per $10,000, or part of $10,000, ne would have been payable if such increased Capital lind formed part of the Original Capital at the time of Registration. Provided that no Company shall be liable to pay in respect of Nominal Capital on Registration, or afterwards, any greator amount of Fees than $300, taking into Account, in tho caso of Feos payable on an Increnso of Capital after registration, the Fees paid on Registration.
