Seaman's advance note, or memorandum, or agreement made between the master and mariners of any ship for wages.

throughout the table.

Note 2.—Whion Bills of Exchango or other sucli documents aro drawn in sets of two or more, half the above duties to bo oliargui on onch part of a sot. If the Duty bo 5 conts the first part of the sot shall be charged 3 conts, and the other parts 2 conts caclı.

Note 3. In the case of Bills in sots drawn out of the Colony, the whole duty shall be payable on that part of tho sat which is first presented for payment or acceptance, or is first otherwiso negotiatel, the other parts of tho set boing froe.
