REMARKS.—39 a. 0 r. 384 r. were granted, and 43 x. 0 t. 54 1o. were resumed, leaving 26 A. O R. 334 r. additional Land granted during the year. Persons having possession of Lands or Houses previously to the Treaty, were allowed to retain them ou payment of certain assessed rentals, now collected by the Treasurer; and in cases where such Lands or Honses are not leased, the occupiers are considered as Tenants at Will.
