Government Notification No. 113 of 14th March, 1889. Piers and Wharves outside of the City of Victoria will be subject to payments calculated at one half the above scale. In all cases where permission is given by the Surveyor General to erect a pier over Crown Foreshore, and such pier is removed on or before the expiration of one calendar month from the date of granting such permission, the encroachment shall not be subject to Crown Rent.
