For encroachments exceeding 70,000 square feet, Piers and Wharves outside of the City of Victoria will be subject to payments calculated at one half the above scale.

In all cases where permission is given by the Surveyor General to crect a pier over Crown Foreshore, and such pier is removed on or before the expiration of one calendar month from the date of grauting such permission, the encroachment shall not be sul- ject to Crown Rent.
