ATTORNEY GENERAL

Under Ordinance No. 16 of 1873, and Order of the Governor in Council of 28th August, 1885, a Fee of $25 is charged for investigating and reporting on the Title of the Applicant for registration of a Trade Mark.

Under a resolution of the Governor in Council of the 8th December, 1870, (C.S.O.3119).

A Fee of not less than $25 is charged for reporting on each Petition for Letters Patent, under Ordinance 14 of 1862.
