$12 for every additionni 300 tons.
The above seale is for twelve months. For six months six-twelfths of the fee will be charged, for nine months nine-twelfths, mad so on, at the rate of one-twelfth for each month; but no fee is to be less in amount than three-twelfths. In all cases of were steam-ships, or of steam-ships coming under survey for a Passenger Certificate for the first time, a full twelve months' fue must be paid, notwithstanding that a Certificate for twelve months may not be required, and in no case of an incomplete declaration will less than three-twelfths be charged.
