2 per centum on the net value of the Trust Estate when the value of the Trust Estate does not exceed $10,000, and when the value exceeds $10,000, 2 per centum on the first $10,000 and 1 per centum on the excess.

REGISTRATION OF COMPANIES.

Fees to be paid by a Company having a Capital divided into Shares.

For Registration of a Company whose Nominal Capitul does not exceed

$10,000, a Fee of,.......

For Registration of a Company whose Nominal Capitul exceeds $10,000, the above Fee of $50, with the following additional Fees, regulated according to the amount of Nominal Capital; (that is to say).-

For every $5,000 of Nominal Capital, or part of $5,000, after the first

$10,000, up to 25,000,

For overy $10,000 of Nominal Capital, or part of $10,000, after the

first $25,000, up to 500,000,

For every $10,000 of Nominal Capital, or part of $10,000, after the

first $500,000,

For Registration of any Increase of Capital made after the first Registrn- tion of the Company, the same Fees per $10,000, or part of $10,000, as would have been payable if such increased Capital had formed part of the Original Capital at the time of Registration. Provided that no Company shall be liable to pay in respect of Nominal Capital on Registration, or «fterwards, any greater amount of Feos than $300, taking into Account, in the case of Fees payable on au Incronse of Capital after Registration, the Fees paid on Registration.
