Rooeipt or discharge written upon or contained in any Bill of Exchange, Promissory Note, Doed or other Instrument charged with Duty under this Schedule and duly stamped, and Receipts for Pay and Allowances of Parsons in the service of the Government, whother Civil, Naval, or Military.
