Receipt or discharge writton upon or contained in any Bill of Exchango, Promissory Noto, Deed or odier Instrument charged with Duty under this Schedule and duly stamped, and Receipts for Pay and Allowances of Persons in the service of the Government, whether Civil, Naval or Military.
