REPORT ON THE CONDITION OF THE Government house,
ON THE 31ST DECEMBER, 1877.
The Building has been maintained in repair, the interior, however, requires re-papering and re-decorating.
The sanitary arrangements are satisfactory.
The reception and other principal apartments are furnished by Public Funds, and the furniture in them is
in a very bad state.

During 1877, the following Interments took place in the Protestant Cemetery :—

The total amount collected in Fees was for Burials,
