Ordinance No. 2 of 1858. The Privilege was granted to the highest bidder by Tender, by the Governor in Council, from 1st January to 28th February, 1875, for $22,000 (£1,583.6.8), and from 1st March to 31st December, 1875, for $115.000 (£23,958.6.8).
