REMARKS.

The Institution derives support from :-

(a.) Payment of Fees by Pupils, which for the year ending November, 1872, amounted to about $3,000.

(b.) Donations and Subscriptions from Residents in Hongkong, and the open ports of China supplied the balance.

The School is under the management of a Committee of which the Bishop is Chairman, and the Colonial Chaplain is Secretary.

Total expenses of St. Saviour's School are $260 per month. The voluntary Contributions do not ex- ceed $24 per month. The greatest part of the Pupils are extremely poor.

The Infants' Schools have not been included.
