(8.) Mr. L. D'Almada o' Castro entored Her Majesty's Sorvico in the Office of the Chief Superintendent of British Trade in Chinn, on the 1st January, 1837, and was appointed by Sir lenry Pottinger, Burt., on the 1st July, 1843, to his present situation in the Colonial Secretary's Office.

(4.) Mr. J. M. D'Almada e Castro enterod 11or Majesty's Servico in the Office of the Chief Superintendent of British Trade in Chinn, on the 1st January, 1841, and was appointed by Sir Henry Pottinger, Bart., on the 1st July, 1843, to the situation of 3rd Clerk in the Colonial Secretary's Office.
