Insert the several Establishments of Governmont, arranged according to Departments, including every Individual employed therein, with all the particulars specified in the several columns of the Return relative to the nature of their duties, their Emoluments, Length of Service, &c.

Insert 1st, All the Officers of the Civil Departments,

2ndly, The Officers of tho Judicial Dopartments.

3rdly, The Clergy.

Insert on the next leaf an Alphabetical List of all the Officers, and the Pugo in which their Office is describo.

Under "Remarks" should be explained the nature of the duties performed by those Officers, the designation of whose Office does not sufficiently explain the functions attached to them.

At the end of the Establishment insert a Special List of all those Officers who have given security for the due discharge of their duties.
