FEES TO BE PAID BY A COMPANY HAVING A CAPITAL DIVIDED INTO SHARES.

For Registration of a Company whose nominal Capital does

not exceed $10,000, a Fee of For Registration of a Company whoso nominal Capitul excrads $10,000, the abovo Feo of $50, with the following addi- tional Fees, regulated according to the amount of nominul Capital, (thint is to say),-

For every $5,000 of nominal Capital, or part of

$5,000 after the first $10,000, up to $25,000, ..$10,00 For every $10,000 of nominal Capital, or part of

$10,000 after the first $25,000, up to $500,000,.. $3.00 For every $10,000 of nominal Capital, or part of

For Registration of any increase of Capital made after the first Registration of the Company, the samo Fees per $10,000, or part of $10,000, ns would have been payable if such increased Capital had forined part of the original Capital nt the time of Registration.

Provided that no Company shall be liable to
